Prize draw - Terms and Conditions

• This offer is only available to medical members renewing their membership with Medical Protection from Final Year to Foundation Year 1, and from Foundation Year 1 to Foundation Year 2 in 2025.
  
• The offer is open to UK-resident medical professionals commencing their first or second year of foundation training. It is limited to one entry per person.
  
• Entry is free and without obligation.
  
• Eligibility is dependent on setting up or renewing your Medical Protection membership via annual Direct Debit after 5th May, with payment received by MPS on or around 1st June 2025.
  
• To qualify for entry into the prize draw, your membership must be active for a minimum of one month.
• The last entry will be taken on 31st May 2025 at 23.59.
  
• The prize draw includes: 50 x £20 vouchers, 30 x £50 vouchers, and 12 x £200 vouchers, provided by Voucher Express. These can be redeemed at over 150 major retailers.
  
• Vouchers will be issued by the end of August 2025.
  
• Winners will be notified via email and provided with a link to a third-party website where they can claim their voucher.
  
• The winners’ surnames and counties will either be published or made available upon request, in accordance with the ASA’s requirements for prize promotions. If you object to your information being made available, please inform us when responding to your winner notification; however, we may still be required to provide this information to the ASA if challenged. • Employees and agents of the Medical Protection Society, and their relatives (and any connected persons) are not eligible.
• Medical Protection reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
• The decision of the promoters on any matter relating to these rules shall be final.
